Working with us is designed to take the stress out of planning your wedding.
1-Consult with Barbara, Stefano & Stefania. Sit on the phone (or in person) and talk about your hopes and desires for your special event. We will brainstorm with you and make suggestions for locations and ideas that will bring the romance of Italy alive for you and your guests.
2-Documentation. With your assistance, we’ll assemble the documents you need, from birth certificates to the atto notorio, to Church correspondence (for religious weddings) you’ll need. Don’t worry – we handle all the translations, appointments, taxes and registrations.
3-“Save the Date”. We help you with all aspects of communicating with your guests. From “save the date” packets to invitations to pre-departure info to arrival gift baskets.
4-Pre-Departure Package. Shortly before you leave, you’ll receive Weddings International’s famous Pre-Departure Package. All of your completed documents are sent to you along with our personal favorite restaurants and night-spots you won’t find in the guidebooks!
5-On-the-Ground Total Care. The best thing about Weddings International is that our professional, knowledgeable, completely bilingual stuff is there to receive you and take care of you. Forgot something? Don’t worry about it. We’ll handle it.
